This week at LMS...
In Physical Science our 8th graders learned about measuring something we cannot see. Mr. Craigo's hands-on project simulated determining the diameter of a nucleus of an atom.
Mr. Turco's 5th grade math students got to pledge their allegiance to either the Cleveland Browns or Pittsburgh Steelers before Thursday's game. Those that chose the winning team got to try for the IMPOSSIBLE SHOT basketball challenge on Friday!
Students had vision screening and picture day. Big thanks to Mr. Mild for letting us use the gym for these activities.
6th grade art students are working on learning about the elements of art and optical illusions.
Coming Up at LMS:
October 11th-October 13th: Scholastic Book Fair, students will shop during their ELA class
October 12th: Parent Teacher Conferences, forms went home last Friday, attachment is added below as well
October 14th: No School, NEOEA Day
